Waxwing Consulting LLC provides climate and equity services to organizations aligned with a vision of climate and environmental justice. In addition to supporting organizational transitions to more equitable operations, Waxwing provides modeling, analysis, policy, and facilitation services.
In 2023, Sachi Graber founded Waxwing Consulting as a response to the white dominant narrative and workstyle of the environmental nonprofit world. With a strong mission and understanding of climate justice needs, Waxwing Consulting provides more than traditional project management consulting or nonprofit support.
We layer our deep expertise in climate science, policy, and communications on top of a foundation of equitable engagement and community partnership with the intent to change the white dominant culture and technocentric solutions that are so often offered to the climate sector.

Our vision is an equitable future for all to thrive despite changing climate conditions.
Starting in Minnesota, we strive to mitigate emissions as recommended by the best climate science, including the science that our collective knowledge can provide.
We work to support those with power addressing climate action based on an understanding of why it is so important to our communities. We seek to include all perspectives, especially those from under-represented and vulnerable communities.
